License Agreement

1. General Information

This License Agreement defines the terms for using output generated by the SVG Force service (“Service”).

By using the Service, you agree to this License together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Definitions

  • “Output” means results generated by the Service based on your SVG files or actions within the Service (e.g., component code, optimized SVG, generated variations, etc.).
  • “Plan” means the subscription plan you use, which may include functional limits (e.g., number of generations, file limits, access to history/storage, etc.).

3. Ownership

SVG Force retains all intellectual property rights to the software, generation algorithms, operational logic, and the Service itself.

Users are granted a license to use Output, not ownership of the Service or its components.

4. License to Output

Subject to compliance with this License and the Terms of Service, we grant you a non-exclusive license to use Output you generate in the Service.

  • The license to Output is perpetual with respect to Output generated within the rules of your Plan.
  • Switching Plans or canceling a subscription does not revoke your right to use Output previously generated within permitted limits.
  • This License does not grant you any rights to the Service, its code, algorithms, or underlying technology.
  • Output generated via the CLI is subject to the same license terms as Output generated through the web interface.

5. Plan Functional Limits

Plans define the features and usage limits of the Service (e.g., number of generations/icons, file size limits, access to history/storage, etc.).

The Free Plan includes a limit of up to 5 icons (or equivalent generations) according to the Plan rules.

Limits are Plan conditions and do not restrict your rights to Output generated within those limits.

6. Permitted Use of Output

You may use Output for:

  • personal projects;
  • commercial projects;
  • client and corporate solutions;
  • integration into software products and services.

7. Restrictions and Prohibited Use

Regardless of Plan, you may not:

  • use the Service or Output as a basis to create a competing service, generator, or SaaS product;
  • provide third parties access to the Service under your own branding or as a white-label offering without prior written consent;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or analyze the Service to recreate its algorithms/logic;
  • use the Service or Output to train machine learning models or build AI systems;
  • resell Output as standalone digital products (e.g., bulk icon packs) unless explicitly permitted by your Plan terms or a separate written agreement;
  • use the CLI or any automation tools to bypass plan limits, authentication, or Service security mechanisms.

8. Content Responsibility

You represent that you have all necessary rights to the files you upload and that their use does not infringe third-party rights.

We do not perform legal review of your content or the legal status of Output.

9. Disclaimer

Output is provided “AS IS”. We make no warranties regarding fitness for a particular purpose, compatibility with your tech stack, or the absence of legal risks related to the content you upload.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate this License (with respect to further use of the Service and/or Output) in case of material violation of this License, the Terms of Service, or your Plan terms.
